I'll be working with a small group of founders for each cohort, to go deep, deep, deep into your business design for the rest of the year and beyond. We will spend 2 hours per week for 7 weeks, so you will be able to truly go deep into your business goals and vision and get serious for the strategy for the future.
We are going to be covering:
The Founder Mindset, so you can develop the resilience needed for the success you are targeting;
Business Model, that tells the world what you are offering and what you stand for;
Operating Model, that makes sure you can deal with the new demand you have as you grow;
Productivity Hacks, to make the most effective use of your time;
Negotiation Hacks, so you feel confident walking into any meeting with suppliers or clients who need you at your best; and
A 100 day plan that will have you wanting to immediately start implementing your plans for world domination.
Except I would hang around, as the last session is when it all comes together and we are going to strategise a group strategy that means that everyone who was there will be forever tied to one another's success.
We will be creating formidable groups of founders all ready to help each other to growth and success.
