Who This E-Workbook Is For
I created this pack for small business owners, who may or may not have staff or premises, but do know that they want to make this year one of growth and success. Running a business takes time and resources and effort, and there may be times when you have felt like giving up or going back to paid employment. Yet it is nearly impossible to find the same level of freedom in a job as you can get from being self-employed and so it is well worth the effort to keep going!
Every business owner has a very different definition of success and it is important that you find yours. You may feel that your business has achieved a level of growth and volume that is both manageable and repeatable and provides you with the lifestyle and security that you want – and that is a brilliant place to be. Alternatively, you may feel that it is the right time to push forward even further, growing the business to its full potential and possibly even getting ready to pass it on either as a legacy for your family, or to a new owner who can take it forward even more. Whatever you are feeling right now, a good habit to get into is to have regular check-ins with yourself about why you started.
